Kathy Zentgraf

photo at GMU 2TV SHOW GUEST. 11.04.2013. FOOD FOR HEALTH. Kathy Zentgraf was born in Baltimore, grew up in Charlottesville, went to UVa for a BA in English, followed by an MEd in English. Farmed beef cattle, raised children, coached, taught. Trained in the kitchen by my Italian mother and grandmother. Currently teach cooking classes and ESL and run a small mobile business with a vegetarian and vegan menu. My hope with Greenie’s is that we can teach people how inexpensive, nourishing, and delicious simple food can be. Our customers are meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans and we learn something from all of them.
