At Renaissance School, Sara worked to build a strong foundational program of academics centered on creativity, collaboration and critical thinking. Sara is committed to serving high ability students, setting high standards for individual achievement, recognizing national standards as well as each student’s needs and goals.
Sara believes education must balance physical activity, the arts, humanities, and the sciences in an environment of interdisciplinary learning. Additionally, Sara believes the art of teaching high ability students relies on a team of faculty who individually are professionals and experts in their field and who work together on the big picture of the student’s overall experience.
