Wendy worked as a classroom teacher for over ten years before becoming an administrator and a Montessori consultant. In addition to her Montessori training at both the early childhood and elementary levels, Wendy studied Montessori adolescent pedagogy. Wendy serves on the board of the Virginia Association of Independent Schools, on their Accreditation Committee, and on many visiting teams reviewing practices at their member schools.
