A native of Decatur, TN — Dr. Ross graduated Magna Cum Laude as a William E. Brock Scholar from University of Tennessee @ Chattanooga and received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Emory University in Atlanta, GA.
She completed residency training in Emergency Medicine as well as fellowship training in Pediatric Emergency Medicine and Integrative Medicine. She is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Ross is a member of the Regional Chamber of Commerce Leadership Charlottesville Class of 2014 and serves as the team leader for the Move2Health community project. She serves as member of the Region Ten Community Service Board of Directors, member of the Charlottesville Free Clinic Board of Directors, and member of the Fluvanna County Library Board of Trustees.
Dr. Ross is a former Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine & Pediatrics at the University of Virginia Health System in Charlottesville, VA where she served as distinguished faculty for 17 years. She is a past President of the Virginia College of Emergency Physicians and former Chair of the Health Task Force of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a prominent public service organization.
